Warranty Information

All products sold by Pool Tech Direct carry a manufacturer warranty. If you feel you have a defective product, please refer to the warranty information packaged with your product. You may contact us by email if you require assistance.

Pool Tech Direct does not express or imply any warranty. All Warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturer. Pool Tech Direct expressly disclaims liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from the use or inability to use any item we sell. Our only obligation is to replace an item that is delivered defective and this obligation is limited.

Pool Tech Direct may make improvements and/or changes in products, programs and pricing in this publication at any time. Pool Tech Direct shall not be held liable for clerical, graphical, typographical and printing errors. We take pride in our site, errors do sometimes occur and for that we apologize.

Pool Tech Direct is willing to do business with anyone who needs pool supplies. We do reserve the right to refuse sales to anyone and refuse sales that are the result of a clerical error or error in quote. Special Orders

Special orders must be in writing and include the manufactures name and part number. All special order sales are final and cannot be returned. Allow up to four weeks to receive order.

Orders within the Continental US

All domestic orders will be shipped UPS ground unless otherwise specified. Most orders are generally shipped within 24 hours. You can expect to receive your order in 7-10 business days depending on your location.

Customer Information

All customer information provided to Pool Tech Direct for the purpose of ordering and correspondence is held in the strictest confidence and will not be released to any other party.

Price Matching

We have worked hard to bring you the lowest prices on the net. In the unlikely event you find a lower advertised price for the same product(s) you purchased from Pool Tech Direct, contact us within 24 hours of your order and we will make every effort to meet or beat that price.
